If you find you have error messages on your hub that persist even after you try to clear them, then there may be a root cause problem that needs to be addressed.
Restart the hub
Sometimes messages can get stuck even though the root cause of the problem has been addressed. Restarting the hub can help you clear them. See: Restarting the Central Hub
If you have ongoing messages that reappear despite selecting the clear button on the hub touchscreen then you may need to address the problem to have the ability to clear them.
