If you are not receiving replies to messages you send us through email to help@boundary.co.uk or questions you send us through our helpdesk, then there might be a couple of reasons for this.
Our team work 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you are more than welcome to browse our support articles at https://support.boundary.co.uk and we will respond to your message the very next working day.
During the working day, on average, we respond to messages within a few hours of you getting in touch.
Do you have a BT Internet or Yahoo Email Address?
If you have an email address provided by btinternet or yahoo then it's possible that the replies we are sending to you are being blocked by BT. This is a little tricky for us to solve for you as the issue is with BT and not us.
You can, however, add our email address to your safe senders list at BT. This means that any email sent to you from our address will be classed as safe and allowed through. Here's what you need to do:
- Login to your BT webmail service here: https://home.bt.com/login/loginform
- From the Settings tab, select the "Safe senders" folder and click on the Add button
- Add the email address help@boundary.co.uk to mark as safe and click Save
- After a confirmation message, the email address will be added to your list of safe senders
You may well find our replies in your junk or spam folder as well but in the first case, add us to your safe senders list. If you continue to have problems receiving our replies then you should contact BT for assistance. You can find their contact methods here: https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/email
Just let them know you are not receiving emails from help@boundary.co.uk and you would like some help.
