If you receive a notification that your Boundary hub is offline then don't panic as this can happen for a couple of reasons.
We have seen on occasion that the hub is a little too eager when it comes to checking the connection to your WiFi and this leads it to send a signal to our platform that it can't get through. This triggers a notification to be sent to your phone.
In 99.9% of cases, this is quickly followed by another notification that the service has been restored so there is nothing to worry about.
If you don't get that second notification then the hub is indeed having a problem reaching your Wifi so the first step is to simply try and reconnect it. We have an article here that takes you through the steps you need to check the WiFi network is available so just select your network and re-enter your WiFi password and this should solve the problem.
If you have tried this already and you are certain your Wifi connection is available then you should contact our support team for further assistance.
