Pre-orders and Kickstarter Backers

Before we can start sending out systems to customers who have placed a pre-launch order with us or Kickstarter backers who have a balance payment to make, we need to collect any balance payments due. The balance will be the total value of your order less any deposit payments or discounts.
Once the payment has been made we will automatically move your order into a processing queue ready for our distribution teams to pack your order and ship it to you via our courier firm, DPD.
What to expect and do!
If you have received an email asking you to make payment for your balance, we need you to carry out the following steps:
- Carefully check the order and make sure it is correct including your delivery address. If you need to make any changes then contact our support team as once paid, no further changes can be easily made!
- At the top of the email, there will be a Payment Link which takes you through to a secure page on our site
- Enter your payment card details (we accept debit or credit cards only) and submit your payment
- You will then receive a confirmation of your payment and your order will be moved to processing
Your Boundary order will then be on its way!
