After you place your order with Boundary, the elements that make up your order are picked the following business day and boxed up ready for dispatch. They will then go through a quality control check to make sure the order matches the box contents.
The order is then picked up by our courier partners at DPD. They will snd you a notification to your mobile phone as well as an email to let you know the time and date you can expect your system.
DPD offer an excellent mobile app as well as full tracking services through their site so you can follow your system directly to your door. You will even get the opportunity to rate your delivery driver! The team at Boundary will also have full visibility of tracking as well as delivery notifications.
DPD will not leave your system in a "safe place", they will require a signature either from you or your nominated 2nd choice delivery point so it will always be physically handed over to someone.
