Should you need to restart the central hub, this can be completed through the on-screen menu. You should note that although safe to do so as all the settings will be retained, you should only reset the hub when advised to do so by the Boundary support team.
The system cannot be armed whilst it is resetting!
To restart the central hub:
- Tap the screen to wake the hub up
- Enter your owner PIN code
- Tap the Red Cross to clear any messages
- From the menu, tap Reset > Restart Hub
The hub will then restart. This process will take 30-60 seconds to complete.

If the hub fails to restart completely then you should contact the support team for further advice.
