You should not conduct this test unless advised to do by the Boundary support team or an engineer.
The soak test is designed to place the system under load for a fixed period of time. It's normally used to test for false alarms or unexpected operations so is not a test that should be carried out unless we ask you to do so. To conduct this test:
- Tap the hub screen to wake the system up
- Enter your user PIN
- Tap the Red Cross to bypass any on-screen messages
- Tap Tests > Soak Test
- Tap the Start or the Green Tick to begin the test
The test will then begin and should not be stopped until we advise you it is safe to do so.
NB: Your alarm system will not be available for use during a soak test.
