The Boundary system has been designed to make sure you know exactly what's going on with your alarm system at any time. There are four main methods we use to send you notifications of events:
- Email to your registered address
- Text message to your mobile number
- Push notification through the mobile app
- Automated telephone call (key holder calling plans only)
You have full control over how these notifications are delivered through your Boundary customer portal. To make any changes, just login to your account at https://myaccount.boundary.co.uk and select My Preferences from the right side menu. You can then switch on or off (if available) each notification.
