Under no circumstances should you attempt to remove the battery without being advised to by our team! If you believe there is a fault with the battery then please get in touch for further advice.
The hub uses a built-in LiPo battery that will kick in if the hub loses the mains connection. It will supply power to the hub for up to 12 hours. Once the mains power is restored then the battery will automatically recharge.
To access the battery settings:
- Tap the hub screen to wake the system up
- Enter your user PIN
- Tap the Red Cross to bypass any on-screen messages
- Tap Settings > Battery
The screen will then display:
- The installation date for the battery
- The charge cycles
It's possible to reset the charge cycles by tapping the Reset button or the Green Tick.
