You can change your subscription plan at any time you wish through your customer portal. To change your plan, just follow these instructions:
- Login to your boundary account at https://myaccount.boundary.co.uk/ using your registered email address and password
- Select My Plan from the left-hand menu
- The main screen will display your current subscription and the renewal date. Click the Manage Subscription button to continue
- Click your current subscription name and then the edit subscription link
- Select your new plan from the drop-down and click the Update Subscription button
- Your new plan will take immediate effect and we will calculate a new pro-rata invoice or credit for your subscription
Things to Remember
- You can change plans at any time you wish, either upgrading or downgrading
- If you downgrade you may lose some features. Take a look at our plans page to see what's included at each level
- If you wish to upgrade to the monitoring with Police response option, there are some additional steps to go through so you should get in touch with our support team before continuing.
