If you have forgotten your password for either the mobile app or the customer portal then it's very simple to reset and regain access:
- Visit https://myaccount.boundary.co.uk
- Click the Forgot? link below the log in fields
- Enter the Email Address you used to login to the portal
- Click the Send Password Reset Email button
If the email address you entered is recognised then a reset link will be sent to that address. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
