Pre-Orders and Sales
We accept all major credit/debit cards for anyone wishing to place a pre-order and this will continue once we launch in November 2020. Presently, whilst we are in a pre-launch phase, if you wish to place an order you will only be asked to pay a 5% refundable deposit to secure your system. The balance will be paid once we get closer to launch and we're ready to start shipping systems out. You can find out more about pre-orders in our article here.
We will also be offering the opportunity to pay for your alarm system over a period of three months through our payment partner Klarna. This is ideal if you would like to spread the cost of your order. This method is interest-free so you won't end up spending a penny more. Please note however that the Klarna facility is not available for pre-orders, only new sales after we launch.
For users that have chosen one of our paid subscription plans, your monthly payment will be taken from a debit or credit card that you nominate. You will have full control over this monthly payment and our customer portal will allow you to:
- See your next payment date
- Review previous payments
- Upgrade your subscription to a new plan
- Cancel your subscription
For security, Boundary staff are unable to see your card information and will also never ask for your credit or debit card details through any of our helpdesk channels. All billing information is handled by our payment platform provider who is a Level 1 PCI DSS provider. This means that they provide a highly secure platform for processing card payments and operate under strict guidelines in terms of protecting that information.
