This is an outdated article for pre-orders made before we launched in March 2021.
Before we launched, customers were able to pre-order through our site. This allowed you to secure your order and be the first in the queue for when we started shipping out systems.
For pre-orders, we took a 5% deposit on your total order. Once launched, we then contacted everyone who had placed a pre-order to arrange payment for the outstanding balance.
Once we have received the balance payment was received, we ship out your system.
What if I change my mind?
If you decide you don't want to wait for the system before dispatch then we will refund your deposit to the same card you used to place your order. Naturally, we would rather work with you to understand why you are changing your mind so you will need to contact our support team in the first instance.
How will the professional installation work?
If you have placed a pre-order that includes professional installation of your system then we will be contacting you separately to arrange a convenient date and time to install your system.
