We do not have long term contracts for any of our plans, you are free to continue as long or as short as you wish. There is a minimum one-month usage applied for the paid plans but after that, it’s simply a 30-day rolling agreement.
We feel that this is the fairest way for us to supply services to you and not lock customers into expensive long-term contracts. If you do wish to cancel then the first step is to get in touch with our support team who will be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. If you still wish to leave us then we will cancel your subscription from the next billing month.
