For monitored alarms, how often do you provide on-site maintenance?

One of the requirements of a Grade 2 certified monitored alarm is that it must be maintained on a regular basis by an approved installation engineer.
Our premium plan provides two maintenance health checks per year, one that is conducted on-site and one remote audit of the system. The on-site visit will allow the engineer to check the system continues to operate correctly and they will also change out the batteries in all Contact and Motion Sensors as well as the Outdoor Siren.
The remote audit is less intrusive and does not require a site visit but does still include a health check of the system and sensors.
