There are a number of different ways to contact Boundary if you are looking for a telephone number or you have any questions not answered in our knowledgebase or you have a particular problem.
Helpdesk - This is our primary method of contact and will send your question directly through to our support team. Simply submit a ticket through the desk here: https://support.boundary.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new
- Live Chat - Just click the Chat icon at the bottom right of every page on our site and our team will be able to instantly answer your questions. Please note though that Live Chat is only available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm at the moment.

Twitter - Our Twitter page is also monitored by our marketing and support teams and another method to get in touch. Our Twitter page is here: https://twitter.com/boundaryalarm
- Telephone - We don't currently offer telephone support but if you would like to talk to someone then please do use one of the methods above to get in touch with your contact details and a member of the support team will call you back. Once we launch, all customers on our professionally monitored Complete plan will, however, have a 24/7 emergency contact line should they have a critical problem.
