There are a number of different ways to contact Boundary if you are looking for a telephone number or you have any questions not answered in our knowledge base or you have a particular problem.
Helpdesk - This is our primary method of contact and will send your question directly through to our support team. Simply submit a ticket through the desk here: https://support.boundary.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new
- WebChat - Select the Support icon at the bottom right of every page on our site. Our incredibly intelligent bot will try to answer your questions. You might be surprised just how much information it knows! If your question is still unanswered, a member of our team can pick this up for you. Note: while the bot works tirelessly, WebChat from our team is only available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm at the moment.

Twitter - Our Twitter page is also monitored by our marketing and support teams and another method to get in touch. Our Twitter page is here: https://twitter.com/boundaryalarm
- Telephone - We don't currently offer telephone support because we primarily offer support online. In some rare circumstances, a member of the support team may arrange a callback. As we grow, we plan to offer telephone support with more regularity. Also, when we launch the professionally monitored service, those who are on the Pro plan will have a 24/7 emergency contact line should they have a critical problem.
